The Hives won´t be playing Hultsfredsfestivalen next week because Hultsfredsfestivalen has the latest years gone from swedens biggest festival to a festival with very much money problem. It´s really sad that a festival who is a such big part in swedish music history now is gone. I was going there to see Hives and some other great bands play, but now it´s over:(

That's disappointed with Hultsfredsfestivalen to have the very long history.

It really feels like a deep hole here in sweden especially for us who lives near the festival and was raised up with it. We have the festival to thanks for alot of swedish bands such as Moneybrother, sahara hotnights, kent, backyard babies and hives. Hultsfred was the first festival Hives ever visited and they sure got many positive memories from there.
I think so too and I feel very sad.
But, I hope that it be able to make some special history again :)
